Although fuel prices are high and continue to rise, we are committed to maintaining the same base rate. Rather than raise the base rates that would result in a permanent higher rate, we have enacted a system allowing us to recover the added fuel cost. Experience has shown that this is the most efficient method of handling the rising and falling fuel cost.
