Is Scottsdale Car Service a shared or private ride?
Scottsdale Car Service offers a completely private service - you and your party will not share your ride with other passengers. Our unique Private Executive Passenger Van Service, our luxury SUV, luxury sedan and stretch limousine are also always private rides.

WILL I BE CHARGED MORE THAN I EXPECTED WHEN BOOKING YOUR LIMO SERVICE?
We charge a flat rate (except when booking hourly rates), from where you are picked up to where you are dropped off. And there are never any surprise surcharges...what we quote you is what we charge! You are not charged for time spent in delayed traffic. If your plane is unavoidably delayed after boarding you will not be charged, please consult our terms of service concerning other charges. For hourly rates for stretch limousine, luxury SUV, Chrysler 300 sedan or private executive passenger van, you are charged exactly for the hours book, or if it runs over, for the actual hours used; please visit our limousine service rate page.

Are there any extra or hidden charges?
Scottsdale Car Service never charges any hidden charges. You are charged the quoted price and the only charge added is a fuel charge. If you have asked for services, such as additional stops, you will be informed of any additional charges ahead of time. The price we quote is always the same as the price you pay with Scottsdale Car Service. Please consult our Terms of Service page for more information on charges.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
To cancel a reservation, please call our office at 480.502.2221. Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours in advance for a sedan or SUV; stretch limousines require 5 days notice. The only exception to this is our corporate account holders.
WHAT IS YOUR NO SHOW POLICY:
Scottsdale Car Service will charge your credit card the full amount of the quoted price, plus gratuity, if you do not cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled pickup time or in the event of a no-show.
WHAT REFRESHMENTS COME WITH LIMOUSINE SERVICE?
Scottsdale Car Service limousines are prepared with ice, bottled water, glassware, soft drinks and water. Customers are welcome to bring beverages. Alcoholic beverages are permitted as long as every passenger riding in the vehicle is over the age of 21.
Where do I meet my driver at the Airport?
Unless you have arranged for our optional Meet & Greet service, please meet your driver at the South Curb at Sky Harbor International Airport. At the scheduled time of your arrival, the dispatcher will forward your calls directly to your Driver's phone number allowing you to communicate directly with your Driver. Practical, fast and convenient!
What is an Airport Meet and Greet?
A meet and greet is when the driver meets the passenger in the airport baggage claim area to greet them with a sign displaying their name. With this service drivers help with luggage and assist passengers to their car.

What if my flight is late when I am arriving?
There are no additional charges if your flight is delayed after boarding. If you learn ahead of time your flight is delayed, please call our office at (480) 502.2221 as soon as you learn of the delay. You should also ask your Airline what the new estimated arrival time will be. We will check and confirm the update by monitoring the website of the airline, in an effort to provide a smooth pick-up at the Airport.

What is your credit card processing procedure?
For all airport transfers, your credit card will not be charged until the day of the service. Pre-payments can be arranged online for relatives or friends of the traveler and for corporate accounts. For hourly or group transportation, you will be charged a 50% deposit the day of your reservation, which can be refunded for 3 days if you need to cancel. After the 3 day period, no refunds on hourly rides or point to point can be given.
My flight changed – how do I go about changing my reservation?
Please contact Customer Service at 480.502.2221 and we will be happy to arrange for a reservation that correlates with your new schedule. Please submit changes at least 24 hours prior to your reservation date.
How do you cancel a reservation?
All we ask is that you contact us to cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to your reservation pick-up date. That way you will receive a full refund for the amount you paid online. You can cancel a reservation simply by calling our office at 480.502.2221 or via email Info@scottsdalecarservice.com at least 24 hours in advance. If you call our office 24 hours prior your scheduled reservation you will not be charged for our services and/or holding your time spot.
